Terms and Conditions

Flexi Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. There is a 3 block cycle minimum term for Flexi Memberships.

2. Sessions are valid three months from date of purchase.

3. Your membership is automatically renewed when you use up your last session credit, or when your last session credit expires.

4. Flexi-memberships cannot be extended unless you are injured, a medical certificate will be required. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

5. Cancellation of your membership must be made in writing (email) at least 2 Business days before the expiry date.

6. Unused class credits are non refundable.

7. A dishonour fee of $4.40 is charged for failed transactions

8. A minimum of 12 Hours notice is required to rebook or change appointment times. Less than 12 hours notice will result in the forfeit of that session.

Monthly Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. There is three month minimum term.

2. Sessions purchased via the Membership are only valid for the period specific to the membership renewal period. For example Monthly Membership sessions are valid for the month in which they were purchased. Sessions purchased do not roll-over from one period to the next.

3. Your membership is automatically renewed on the same date each month.

4. Monthly memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly memberships are for individual use only.

5. Monthly memberships cannot be extended unless you are injured, a medical certificate will be required. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

Introductory Offer

1. This voucher is non refundable and cannot be transferred for use to another person or for product purchases.

2. This offer is only valid once per person.

3. Voucher expires 2 weeks after first visit. The validity cannot be extended for any reasons, regardless of class schedule changes or a change in your personal commitments. Exception: if studio is forced into lockdown we will extend the validity for the period of lockdown.
