Why a double portion, you ask? Well it typically has to get him through 4-5 hours of back-to-back Pilates sessions with no time for snacking in between. It also contains loads of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.

Here are the quantities for one glass:
80gm frozen strawberries
40gm frozen blueberries
2 table spoon plain yoghurt
1 table spoon chia seeds
1 table spoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon LSA mix
Half banana
Half cup of milk (of your choice)
1 slice of avocado ( about 1/8)
