We deliver private, semi-private and small group sessions, in a fully equipped Pilates Studio environment. We create strong bodies and minds in a fun, nurturing environment.

We keep our class sizes small to focus on proper form and alignment so you get the most out of every workout. Our method is gentle on joints and we offer modifications to those who need them.

Clinical Exercise Physiology
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) can assist with a wide range of complex health conditions. AEP’s are able to offer health rebates, and work with insurance schemes such as Medicare, TAC and Workcover.
Telehealth Exercise Physiology
Our Telehealth Exercise Physiology service provides targeted exercise therapy to you at home, work, or wherever you are. Telehealth involves using communications technology like Skype video calling and phone calls to provide Exercise Physiology services like assessments and consultation.
Home Exercise Programs
Our Home Programs are designed to get the best results for clients who struggle to make it to the studio each week or want to complement their supervised sessions with some extra work at home.
