We deliver private, semi-private and small group sessions, in a fully equipped Pilates studio environment. We create strong bodies and minds in a fun, nurturing environment.

We understand getting back to exercise after giving birth can be quite tricky with a new baby, especially if you don’t have many baby sitting options available, but a post natal Pilates program is proven to speed up your recovery after the birth of your baby.
