The Active Aging Group Class is a seniors focused session. The class consists of individually tailored exercises to improve strength, mobility and fitness.  The aim of the sessions are to improve your functional capacity, promote independence and enhance quality of life.

The classes are run by Exercise Physiologists who are experts in chronic disease management and experienced in working with older participants.

Getting Started

Participants are required to attend an Assessment, prior to attending the group class.

Class Times

Mondays 1pm – 2pm

Wednesdays 4pm – 5pm

Fridays 11.30am – 12.30pm

Bookings are required to attend the class as there are a maximum of 8 participants per session.
