Our Clinical Pilates and Exercise Physiology approach fuses together the best available knowledge in clinical exercise and movement, understanding the changes the body undergoes during pregnancy and post-natally, and undertanding the needs of the individual to achieve the best outcomes for you.
Clinical Pregilates and Post Natal Pilates sessions are delivered in private, semi private (max 2 ppl) or small group (max 4 ppl) format. Each individual works on their own exercise program under the supervision and guidance of their instructor.
